Our client is the leading provider of Automatic Fire Suppression Systems in the UK. Comprising a team of talented individuals, they prioritize the safety and well-being of all. 

Our client’s Swansea office is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee the seamless execution of projects, guiding them from initiation to completion. As their Project Manager, you will excel in working under tight deadlines and within a dynamic work environment, showcasing excellent communication and team collaboration skills while supporting their Projects Teams.

This is an office-based role located in Swansea, requiring the successful Project Manager to be present Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee the entire project development process.
  • Create comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, budget, and goals.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
  • Identify, monitor, and resolve any project-related issues.
  • Generate progress reports.
  • Cultivate strong business and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a Project Management role.
  • Preferred, but not essential, experience in the Fire Sprinkler Industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project Management Software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Valid CSCS card and a full clean driving license.
  • Knowledge of British Standards and LPC Standards.
