Our client’s Swansea office is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee the seamless execution of projects, guiding them from initiation to completion. As their Project Manager, you will excel in working under tight deadlines and within a dynamic work environment, showcasing excellent communication and team collaboration skills while supporting their Projects Teams.
This is an office-based role located in Swansea, requiring the successful Project Manager to be present Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee the entire project development process.
- Create comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, budget, and goals.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
- Identify, monitor, and resolve any project-related issues.
- Generate progress reports.
- Cultivate strong business and stakeholder relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in a Project Management role.
- Preferred, but not essential, experience in the Fire Sprinkler Industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project Management Software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
- Valid CSCS card and a full clean driving license.
- Knowledge of British Standards and LPC Standards.
