About our Client
We are looking to recruit a Technical Support and Training Engineer to join our Tech Support department. The candidate will provide technical support and product training on all products both in the UK and the Rest of the World.

About the Role

  • To deliver product training to customers and Staff
  • To manage training scheduling, training records and certification
  • To continually develop and improve the training provided to customers
  • To provide telephone, email and field support.
  • To assist in the validation of new products, to ensure they meet customer requirements
  • To assist in the preparation and verification of technical documentation for products
  • To keep up to date with current technologies in the fire industry
  • To keep up to date with product standards

About the Candidate

  • Must have experience in the Fire industry
  • Competent in the use of MS Office applications
  • Familiar with product terminology and knowledge
  • Confident in delivering training, advising, and troubleshooting problems
  • Excellent customer-facing skills
  • Must be reliable, conscientious, and hard working

Points of Appeal

  • Working hours 8.30am – 5pm 
  • Ideal candidate will be based West of London but will involve extensive global travel
