A specialist engineering contractor within the Stair Lift and Disabled Access Sector – Seeking an experienced Stair Lift Engineer with experience of installation and repair works.

They specialise in the supply and installation of lifts and access equipment for the disabled.

they are one of  the leading independent supplier of lifts for disabled access in London and the South East. They are approved suppliers for many leading manufacturersand they carry out servicing and repairs on various equipment types either supplied by own internal team or by third parties.

About the Role

  • The candidate must have experience within the service and installation of stair lifts and ceiling track hoists.
  • Providing installation, service, maintenance, and repairs on stair lifts, through floor lifts for wheel chairs in people’s homes and also wheel chair lifts in commercial settings

About the Candidate

Preferred Skills

  • We are looking for a candidate that has received training from leading lift manufacturers and possibly NVQ Level 1-3 in lift engineering or stair lift engineering.
  • Service, maintenance and installation experience with stair lifts needed
  • Good customer services as you will be explaining the workings of the stair lifts to elderly and disabled people in their homes
