Humres Engineers are urgently seeking Service Coordinator – High Quality Intruder Detection, Fire Protection, Access Control and CCTV Surveillance Systems etc. for permanent position focused on work in East of England.

About the Role

  • Sole responsibility for liaising with the monitoring station and a daily hand over of sites that have had alarm or CCTV activations.
  • Day to day communication with engineers and customers, working closely with Service manager and Installation coordinator.
  • Experience in coordinating teams and individuals
  • Experience in coordinating field based engineers
  • Communication with operations, engineers, supply chain & clients
  • Successful in assessing on-going work orders to ensure that quotes are sent promptly to clients.
  • Ensuring that call outs and maintenance schedules are adhered to and all service level agreements are met.
  • Responsible for all quotations (both fire and security quotations)
  • Liaising and communication with service engineers
  • Provide technical assistance and provide piece of mind for field engineers
  • Supporting team members when required and undertake any other tasks that may arise.

  • Friendly and “easy going relaxed manner” although committed and dedicated to complete the tasks required.
  • Good time management and communication skills - A must
