About the Role

• Manage the commercial element of important bespoke projects
• Cash flow
• Budgetary control
• Liaising with estimators and design team to ensure profitability
• Reporting to the Managing QS

About the Candidate

• At least 3yrs of Joinery contracting experience
• Degree or equivalent within quantity surveying
• Experience with multiple projects
• Stable work history
• Professional manner
• Clear commercial thinking and mindset
