Brief Overview

An industry-leading company in the security market requires a Sales Manager to oversee Sales across the company. A leading figure within the team you will be delivering daily on all sales procedures and feeding back to the senior management team. As the Sales Manager you will have freedom to work on improving current policies and pushing forward within this dynamic company.


  • Basic Salary £35K to £40K
  • Uncapped Company Commission Scheme

About the Role

  • Ensuring all inbound enquiries are fielded to the relevant team member and are answered promptly whether via email, phone or live chat
  • Managing the Account Executive’s performance and motivating them to reach targets.  Coaching them through proactive deal, opportunity and segment analysis
  • Reporting on sales results, pipeline and CRM activity on a weekly basis
  • Assisting the Sales Director with any bespoke reporting and administrative requirements
  • Driving own sales during peak times by converting warm leads through exceptional customer service, both over the phone, via email and live chat
  • Working with our Service Partner suppliers to secure the best pricing for jobs
  • Actively identifying growth opportunities to deliver revenue requirements
  • Proactively contributing and supporting the Sales Director with sales initiatives and projects that will maximise sales and operational improvements
  • Reaching and exceeding sales targets and goals agreed and taking ownership of sales

About the Candidate

  • Sales experience within an FM/ services industry
  • Proven track record of target achievement
  • Ability to apply technological solutions to operational challenges
  • Confident, tenacious and yet polite and approach
  • Excellent communicating and listening skills
  • Ability to produce accurate, analytical MI reports
  • Organised and able to prioritise work
  • Customer focused with good attention to detail
  • The willingness to adapt and change
