About our Client

Our client specialises in construction projects across the London & South East. They have a great reputation within the sector and are now looking to add an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to their team.

About the Role

Ability to communicate effectively, including handling multiple phone calls per hour from different sources.

The candidate must be able to do this day in day out and not shy away from incoming phone calls whilst dealing with day to day on-site duties.

Previous knowledge of Planned Maintenance / Decent Homes RLO processes.

A clear understanding of the importance of Key Performance Indicators (i.e. Resident Satisfaction) and what methods and procedures are required to ensure the desired scores are achieved.

Previous knowledge of Planned Maintenance works desirable.

Good knowledge of refurbishment works and the ability to question and query on-site items and liaise with Site Manager to ensure situations are dealt with.

Presentable, professional appearance, and ability to understand situation requirements


About the Candidate           


Incumbents need to be articulate, numerate and demonstrate competence in:

Use a range of office software, including e-mail, Microsoft Office, spreadsheet, internal systems and databases

Adaptability/ Flexibility/ Business Awareness/ Detail Handling/ Initiative/ Planning and

Organising/ Plant/ Safety/ Communication

General computer awareness

Experience with all aspects of administration mentioned above
