ef Outline		A market leading contractor in the construction industry based in Kent requires an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background of NEC contracts to oversee large commercial and infrastructure projects across the UK on a permanent basis. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing accounts and reviewing costs on ongoing projects. The client is looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic individual who will be involved and invested in the company’s long-term future and success.

About the Role		We are looking for Quantity Surveyor with experience in NEC contracts predominantly. Duties will include; Overseeing production and pricing of bills of quantity from drawings and specifications Meeting agreed targets Financial analysis of current and upcoming projects Develop responses to commercial changes Liaise with project team and clients
About the Candidate	Excellent analytical skills are essential, as are numeracy, literacy and communication skills in English Computer literacy in MS Office, Project Career driven
