Project Manager - Earthworks

Brief Outline

A large Earthworks contractor are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take lead on jobs within the Midlands region, taking work from inception through to handover

This role suits someone with substantial earthworks experience, willing to take real ownership of jobs, with a commercial mind able to work and solve issues with minimal downwards input

The client is a large multi-disciplined contractor that has been steadily growing, with a very focused and tight-knit senior leadership team that has been able to navigate the recent difficult market whilst still achieving growth

About the Role

• Manage the full lifecycle of projects
• Liaise with clients
• Manage and procure subcontractors
• Manage all on site paperwork RAMS and programme
• Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to as per company guidelines
• Liaise with Design and Commercial team

About the Candidate

• At least 10 years’ experience in Site/Project Management
• Previous experience within Earthworks is essential
• Show initiative and good work ethic
• Able to effectively motivate and manage a large workforce
• Ideally a trade or technical background within Construction
