Brief Outline

• An industry leading company in the passive fire protection market requires an Operations Manager to oversee various projects, largely in the commercial and infrastructure sectors within the London area on a permanent basis, offering a competitive package and the potential to progress to a more senior position within the company’s operations team in the future.

• The client is looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic individual who will be involved and invested in the project and its progress.

About the Role

• To ensure that the company complies with contractual obligations in accordance with clients’ requirements, in the most cost/time effective manner, while still achieving the required high standards in respect of safety and quality.

• To oversees Managers, Supervisors, H&S representatives and associated administrative and commercial staff across multiple sites to achieve the above objectives. 

About the Candidate

• Previous experience in passive fire protection management of large-scale commercial projects 
• Flexible self-starter with ability to prioritise 
• Displays strong leadership skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills 
• PC literate
• Commercially aware
