About the Role

 

They are looking to recruit an ambitious Pre Construction Manager that has the desire to become a senior management figure in their commercial team.

  • Responsible for the success for projects from initial production through to planning pre contract meetings.
  • Ownership and accountability for multiple projects.
  • Responsible for identifying project risks, opportunities, constraints and procurement process.
  • Undertake broader commercial functions having responsibility for cost advice, benchmark costs ensuring that costs are managed across the projects.
  • Lead the team of cost planners and pre-construction build and program planners.

About the Candidate

 

  • You will have senior commercial, cost planning experience within a demolition contractor.
  • Pre-Construction experience and will be involved with cost planning and driving performance across a team and business.
  • Experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders and operating at a senior level is required.
