Fibre Cable Installation Site Agent

Brief Outline

• We are recruiting for a permanent Fibre Cable Site Agent to oversee and manage day-to-day operations within our clients the Communication division on specifically assigned projects and Framework contracts providing Fibre Optic cable installation and Maintenance services to the Telecom industry.
• The company have had recent large contract wins and are looking for someone to progress to a more senior role to manage framework contracts in the future.

• The client has been active in the civil engineering and utilities sector for over 25 years with an established client base and consistent work around the South East and London region.

About the Role

Duties include:

• Overseeing duct installation works on gigaclear network builds
• Being responsible for the management of multiple gangs’ across various sites and effective deployment of resources across all projects/clients.
• Continuous development of client and supply chain partner relationships.
• Maintaining good working relationships with Clients ensuring the smooth operation of framework contracts.

About the Candidate

For this position you must have the following

• NRSWA Supervisor ticket
• Previous experience on gigaclear network builds
• Right to work in the UK
• Sound knowledge and understanding of relevant Health and Safety guidelines
