Brief Overview

A Privately owned Building Surveying practice requires a qualified Building Surveyor to join them working throughout London and the home counties providing a range of Surveying services. 

You will provide a bespoke service to their client base which includes Residential Valuations, Home-buyers and Building Surveys

About the Role

  • Working within a team of Building Surveyors, you will be supported by a centralised administration team.
  • Starting from home and using your own vehicle, will conduct two to three surveys per day within London Hertfordshire or  Essex areas
  • Carry out Property Valuations, Home-buyer Reports and Building Surveys on a range of residential properties, including Victorian, new builds, and small flats.

About the Candidate

  • BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
  • Flexible self-starter with the ability to prioritise
  • Report writing and presentation skills
  • Contract administration and IT strengths
  • Full UK Driving Licence and Own Vehicle
