Project Manager

One of the UK’s leading providers of workplace furniture solutions requires a Project Manager to become an instrumental part of their team, delivering products and services to clients across the country.

About the Role 

The purpose of the role is, to plan and deliver furniture installation and the reconfiguration of projects.

  • Develop and refine installation plans for projects including the allocation of manpower and vehicle requirements.
  • Inform and agree with key stakeholders and client’s installation plans and keep them informed throughout the delivery phase.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure suppliers delivery timelines are incorporated into the install plans and agreed with supplier and clients to maintain positive long-term relationships.
  • Conduct site surveys and visits to ensure both client and stakeholders plans are effective and efficient.
  • Task and manage installation teams throughout delivery phase.
  • Sign-off, snag and take necessary actions to close projects with clients in a timely manner.  

About the Candidate 

  • Experience in furniture Installations
  • Adaptiveness and willingness to learn
  • Ability to lead others and work in tight teams
  • Full UK driving license
  • Computer literate in MS Word and Excel
  • Proactive approach
