One of our consultants took on a very detailed job description and spent time trying to understand not only the role, but the personality and individual qualities required before embarking on his own search.
Utilising key contacts and business relationships within the Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning industry our consultant soon identified ten potential candidates that were the best available in the South East, as well as a further 15-20 candidates for consideration.

Both were put forward to interview, and impressed the client so much that a job offer was posted out within one week.
