Coleman Moducel Case Study

Specialist placed in just six weeks

Specialist product knowledge, good industry contacts and experience of the manufacture of air handling units were key attributes required by Coleman Moducel when sourcing a new sales professional.

An eight month search using a variety of recruitment consultancies failed to deliver a successful candidate.  Coleman Moducel then  invited Humres to step up to the challenge.  One of our consultants took on a very detailed job description and  spent time trying to understand not only the role, but the personality and individual qualities required before embarking on his own search.

Utilising key contacts and business relationships within the Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning industry our consultant soon identified ten potential candidates that were the best available in the South East, as well as a further 15-20 candidates for consideration.

Humres began interviewing and shortlisting, before arriving at two individual candidates who seemed to meet all of the criteria set out by Coleman Moducel.   Both were put forward to interview, and impressed the client so much that a job offer was posted out within one week.  Humres delivered the best candidate from brief to placement in just six weeks, far outperforming its competitors.
