Humres has proved itself a trusted and reliable supplier to one of the UK’s leading access control manufacturers Paxton Access. Our consultants carried out an extensive search and selection process and successfully filled four regional sales management vacancies. 

 

No easy task, ideal candidates needed to be technically minded with extensive experience in the product specifications of this niche industry. After headhunting several candidates who were unable to take up the positions, Humres broadened its search to include associated sectors in a bid to find the best candidates for the roles.
