Our eight stage process has been carefully developed with you in mind.
Assessment – We work with you to understand your organisation and to identify your needs. We help you define the required skill set and experience that you need in a candidate and determine exactly the type of person you are looking for.
Specification – After we have gained an understanding of your needs, we focus on the specifics of your vacancy.? We prepare a written job specification, outline the key responsibilities, summarise the qualifications required and map out the criteria for success.
Research – Once we know all about you, your company and the vacancy that you have, we pass your specification to our consultants who specialise in that area.? We also enlist the skills of our research team. Their job is to scour the Humres Recruitment database for individuals, corporations and other sources so that we can find you the best candidates quickly and with minimum fuss.
Identification – Our consultants actively market your vacancy by making selective calls to industry contacts and prospective candidates in order to generate as much interest as we can.? We also keep you informed at every stage, and you will receive regular reports to assess our progress.
Evaluation – Our specialist consultants will interview potentially suitable candidates and we will evaluate them on the basis of their experience and their potential to fit in to your organisation.
Presentation – After presenting you with confidential written reports on the candidates that we feel best suit your needs, we will recommend up to three candidates who most closely fit your specification.
Interviews – Our consultants will schedule a mutually convenient meeting between you and the prospective candidates enabling you to assess their suitability for yourself.? Following your interview, we will contact each candidate for feedback and report back to you with their comments.
Completion – Once you have found the perfect candidate, we will support his/her successful integration into your team for a smooth and speedy transition. Our consultants can also assist with the structuring and negotiation of salary and benefits, should you wish.
