From job spec to shortlist in just three days

Keen to help Nationwide Maintenance Limited fill an urgent vacancy for a senior contracts manager to cover London and the Southern Home Counties, one of our consultants visited the company to take an extremely detailed job specification and profile.  Just three days later, Humres had submitted the CV’s of three candidates, two of which were quickly interviewed. 

Following further interviews with a mix of internal candidates and candidates submitted from other sources, Nationwide decided that the candidate submitted by Humres showed the most potential.  A two hour interview ensued and after obtaining feedback and planning for a second interview a few days later, Nationwide instead decided that there really was no doubt that they had found the right person for the job and so proceeded in making a job offer without further delay.

The job offer was accepted and our candidate very quickly settled into his new role and has become an integral part of the senior management team.
