Humres outperforms competitors by finding applicants within one week

Listening to our clients brief and having a good understanding of the intricacies of their market were key factors in Humres securing a successful project manager for Amec. 

During an unsuccessful six month search through other recruitment consultancies, Amec consistently received applications from candidates with the wrong experience.  The role required very specific skills and experience of working with sprinkler systems and Humres knew just how to deliver the right person for the job. 

After developing a very detailed job specification, our consultants searched the market.  Sifting through and discounting many applicants who simply didn’t have the exact experience required, we were in a position to submit three CV’s within one week of meeting with the client.
