A London Based M&E Contractor is looking for an Experienced London Underground Ventilation Maintenance Manager
About the Client:
Our Client is a Rapidly growing Mid-Size Full M&E Contractor with an Increased Workload for 2012. They are Based in London and are Looking for a Ventilation Maintenance Manager who has at least 2 Years’ Experience working on the Cooling the Tube Project
About the Role:
Responsible for execution of Planned and Reactive Maintenance of Supply and Extract Ventilation
Responsible for Planned and Reactive Maintenance of Tunnel Ventilation
Responsible for Planned and Reactive Maintenance of Ventilation PLC Racks
Managing a team of engineers and Sub-Contractors
About the Candidate:
At least 5 Years’ Experience within the Ventilation Maintenance Industry
At least 2 Years’ Experience working on the Cooling the Tube Project with Transport for London
A positive Can-Do attitude
Good Team Player – Man Management Skills
