One of the top Building Services Design consultancies requires a design engineer to not only design but to produce EPCs and DECs.

They have a leading track record in all major sectors including health, education, workplace, retail, urbanism, heritage, housing, transport and leisure.
We combine expertise across disciplines, locations, sectors and all major building types to deliver a truly integrated way of working — resulting in high quality, effective and inspiring built spaces.
- Sustainability Strategies for Masterplan designs (including environmental and social regeneration);
- Sustainability Strategies for concept designs of buildings;
- Environmental and Sustainability Assessments, such as BREEAM, Sustainability Appraisals and Environmental Impact Assessments;
- Identification and management of sustainability issues on projects:
- Environmental issues – efficient use of natural resources, environmental quality and enhancement, pollution control etc;
- Social issues on projects – quality of life, health and wellbeing, education, inclusion, safety and security, community facilities etc;
- Economic issues – employment, economic and commercial viability, transport and communications infrastructure, whole life costing etc.
- Working knowledge of environmental and sustainability legislation and its applicability to a range of projects;
- Renewable energy calculations;
- Report writing;
- Client-facing presentations.
- Degree qualified in Environmental Design/Engineering
- Chartered or nead Chartered status
- Dynamic and good communicator
- Working in the field of Sustainability
- Have a variety of experience
- Have worked closely with Architects
- Have a genuine interest in developing a long term career
