Leading Concrete Repair Company looking to source experienced project manager for the South West.
About the Client:
Our client is a well established Concrete Repair subcontractor. The company has been running for over 30 years and has various offices spread across the UK. The company completes a range of multi million projects which have brought the company turnover to over £20million. Due to company expansion, our client is looking to source a site manager for the Bristol area.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Regional Manager.
The initial project will be to supervise the application of EWI (esternal wall insulated projects) to a tower block with similar contracts expecting to follow.
Candidate must be willing to travel to all areas covered by the Regional Office.
Managerging site operatives.
About the Candidate:
It is vital that the candidate has solid knowledge and experience in the Concrete Repair industry.
Must have a background as a Site Manager.
The ideal candidate would have the ability and desire to work independently, managing all aspects of the project.
Has good leadership and communication skills.
