We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for high value, London based PFI projects.
About the Client:
Our client is an internationally recognised contractor with an excellent reputation with both customers and staff . Due to a constantly growing order book, this contractor is now seeking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 8 years experience to join their growing team.
About the Role:
• London based PFI/BSF Project • Project Values up to £50 Million • Minimise cost, maximise sales, cash flow & profitability. • Justify requests for capital expenditure. • Auditing ALL works production costs. • Ensuring better buys procedures and supplier terms are permanently pursued. • Raising claims and invoicing.
About the Candidate:
• Minimum 8 years experience • Must have worked for a Major Main Contractor • Experience of either PFI or BSF projects (ideally both) • Exposure to projects in excess of £15 million (ideally over £20 million) • A ‘hands-on’ , proactive approach to business • Must be based with London or Home Counties
