About the Client:
Our client is a market leader within the curtain walling industry. As well as having their own in-house manufacturing facility they have the capability to satisfy a wide range of clients including commercial, healthcare, leisure and industrial. They undertake numerous projects across a range of sectors
About the Role:
Oversee the contract ensuring it is delivered on time and within budget
Liaise with Clients, Main Contractors and Engineers
Manage Site Managers & Sub-Contractors ensuring they carry out instructions correctly
Implement Health & Safety
Attend site meetings and communicate aspects of the contract effectively
About the Candidate:
Experience of delivering Projects in excess of £15million
Ideally will have expereicne working on recent Network Rail projects
Ideally coming from a Main Contractor Background
Excellent communication skills
Ability to portray expertise in the role
Must have a proven track record of delivering Railway Station projects
Superb man management and motivational skills
