About the Client:
Our client currently has fantastic growth in Commercial and sectors. They are now looking to acquire a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving business. The company are currently looking for a QS to join a winning team and help the organisation achieve their growth targets for 2009 and in to the future.
About the Role:
Delivering projects on time and to the standards of the company and its clients.
Representing the company by being a key contact for clients.
Working both independently and as part of a team.
Providing astute cost management advice, financial reporting as well as negotiating.
Cost planning at all stages of design, interim valuations, managing change control and final accounts.
Participate in presentations and meetings when required plus contribute to proposal documentation and team business plans.
Measuring bills of quantites
Working with mechanical and electrical specifications on a daily basis
About the Candidate:
Must have a vast knowledge of the Mechanical and Electrical industry
Experienced and have a solid Quantity Surveying background.
Able to work confidently as an individual and as part of a team.
Demonstrate an aptitude for taking responsibility for delivering projects on time and to standard.
A confident, good communicator with the social skills to motivate a diverse project team with stakeholders at all levels.
