Excellent opportunity for an Electrical Estimator to work in a Surrey-based M&E Contractor.
About the Client:
Our client is local to Surrey, and understands local business better than anyone; with 15 years of regional experience between the directors the company is one of the leading local contractors, securing prestigious contracts in the area. They are currently looking to develop an Electrical Estimator into a senior role. The role is ideal for someone who has 5 to 10 years estimating experience with an M&E Contractor.
About the Role:
Ensure that tenders are completed accurately and on time.
Prepare schedules of rates when requested within time scales laid down.
Experience of electronic estimating packages.
Involvement in internal and external meetings.
Carefully vet all quotations to ensure they fully comply with the specification.
Experience in tendering on jobs up to a value of £3m.
About the Candidate:
Minimum of 5 years experience with an M&E Contractor in the role of Estimator.
Experience within the Commercial Building Services sector.
Good in-depth knowledge of the electrical building industry.
Confident communicator across all levels of the business.
Career driven.
Computer literate.
Experience in tendering on jobs up to a value of £3m+.
