Excellent role for an experienced Electrical Estimator local to South London.
About the Client:
Our client has a long established Estimating Department and is looking to appoint a proven Electrical Estimator. The Estimator will join an established M&E team and look to develop and grow the turnover of the department and also tender for works with long-standing clients. Our client currently uses the ‘Luckins’ software. They are currently turning over in excess of 20 million and work in projects as diverse as high-end residential to leading hospitals and Universities. Our client is an established M&E contractor with excellent connections in the M&E contracting Industry in the South East.
About the Role:
To tender for projects using the Luckins software package.
To quote for projects from 1K up to 5 million.
To visit site and look at jobs in a practical way in order to offer engineers cost effective solutions to variations in the project installation.
To price and run with variations on jobs up to final account.
To help out with other roles if need be.
About the Candidate:
Understanding and operation of Luckins
Can quote jobs from £1K up to £5m
Can visit site and look at jobs in a practical way
Can think for themselves and offer cost effective solutions
Can price and run with variations on jobs up to final account
Is willing to help out with other roles if need be
