Our client is a successful M&E Building Services Engineering Consultancy with an excellent track record over the last 30 years. They have a permanent staff of 25 and are fortunate to be able to say the majority of them have been with the company for many years. This consultancy’s core work is to design and specify the mechanical and electrical services for large office blocks or other large commercial premises on behalf of their clients: Prudential, Vodafone, Nationwide Building Society, Fujitsu, and BBC. These projects can be new, refurbishment and planned maintenance and average up to the value of 10 million.

You will be involved in key aspects of supervising engineers dealing direct with clients in a face-to-face environment The role also entails managing projects, staff and the delivery of their services to clients Senior Engineers take responsibility for all aspects of the Design and Specification of Building Services Installation: surveying, quality inspections, dealing with contractors You will attend site meetings, take minutes, and report writing You will be responsible for generating O&M manuals and project control Management, supervision of project engineers An outstanding opportunity: Our client encourages individuality within a team environment and actively supports career development to Chartered status This consultancy offers excellent prospects for engineers with ambition Successful applicants will be self-motivated and have the drive and ambition to design and manage their own projects and be given the recognition for achieving this
