Our client is one of the leading, and well-respected M&E Contractors in Scotland, with a branch turnover in the region of 70 Million Pounds and a company turnover of 400 Million

The company is currently looking to take on a Senior Contracts Manager with either a mechanical or electrical background, experienced in running multi-million pound contracts for clients within the Commercial, Health and Education sectors


About the Client:
Our client is a leading, and well-respected M&E Contractor, with a turnover in the region of 400 Million Pounds. The company is currently looking to take on a Senior Contracts Manager with either a mechanical or electrical background, experienced in running multi-million pound contracts within the commercial, health and education sectors.


About the Role:
Ensure that all Contract Engineering functions are properly undertaken. Report on the financial status of each contract at monthly intervals. Exercise financial management checks, including reporting on the contract’s financial status on a monthly basis. Ensure credit control matters are addressed to ensure good cash flow to the company. Complete checks on all contract activities including purchasing, surveying, contract management.


About the Candidate:
Ideally time served with a good all-round background within the M&E sector having worked there way up to Project / Contract Manager. Experienced in commercial multi-million pound projects in the UK. Experienced in managing the financial status of projects under their control for previous employer.
