A reputable company within the Industrial Roofing industry requires an experienced Single Ply Contract Manager to coincide with their continued growth.
About the Client:
Our client has extensive experience within the industrial roofing and cladding industry. They are well placed to carry out projects for clients throughout the South East. With over 25years industry experience they are a great company to work for.
About the Role:
Manage and supervise projects through to Final Accounts ensuring they are on time and within budget.
Comply with HSAWA 1974 and with companies own policies
Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with clients
Manage personnel and sub-contractors offering training and advice to juniors
Attend management meetings and keep company Directors up to date on progress
About the Candidate:
Must have worked for an Industrial Roofing contractor in a management capacity for a minimum of five years
Commercial acumen to contribute to the running of a profit-making operation
Well developed people management skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
Strong organisational, communication and planning skills
Committed attitude at all times and willingness to progress within the company
Must have single ply experience
