Our client is a specialist Structural Steel sub-contractor looking for a Senior Contracts Manager with Estimating experience
About the Client:
Our client has a full order book well into next year. They are highly regarded Structural Steel contractors who carry out projects across the Industrial & Commercial sectors, including Schools, Hospitals & Large Warehouses and Industrial units. They are looking to source an experienced Contracts Manager with Estimating experience to run numerous sites
About the Role:
Estimating, assessing and evaluating tender projects
Liaising with major clients, contractors and sub-contractors
Developing method statements, risk assessments and organising plant and labour requirements
Overseeing all aspects of a contract ensuring it is delivered on time and within budget
Attend site meetings and report relevant details to Managing Director
About the Candidate:
Minimum of 10 years experience in the Structural Steel industry
Must have worked for a Structural Steel sub contractor
Excellent man management skills
Ability to portray expertise in the role
Proactive and committed attitude at all times
