An established Soft FM Company in the South East of England is seeking an experienced New Business Winner with a proven track record within Contract Cleaning. Our client specifically requires a candidate who has experienced success within public sector tender work as well as the ability to win business independently within the private sector.
About the Client:
Established over 20 years ago, our client, a Contract Cleaning Specialist has built solidly around their basic principle, to maintain a professional and quality approach. They have experienced huge success in tender business, specifically work generated by OJEU. They are looking for someone to help develop these opportunities as well as developing new business of their own within the Contract Cleaning sector. There is a chance of further career progression with our client with the next step up being Sales Director.

Sales Manager
Large Element of Tender preparation
Field Based
Customer Facing
Covering Kent, Surrey, Hampshire and Sussex
£40,000 + Basic Salary
Reporting straight to Director level
About the Candidate:
You will have Contract Cleaning Sales Experience
You will have previous experience of the tender process
You will be based in the Southern Home Counties
You must be able to self-generate business
You must have a full UK driving licence
Points of Appeal:
£40k + basic salary
