This is a man-management position where you will need to train and develop your own team of Sales Executives. The ability to work towards and exceed targets, a strong knowledge of the hygiene and facilities industry, and a hunger to progress your career are essential.
- Responsible for generating revenue in their Washroom’s Division
- The team will be selling a range of products relating to Washrooms, from Feminine Hygiene solutions to Clinical Waste Disposal
- Reporting to a regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for the overall sales for your region.
- You’ll be expected to provide accurate forecasts and audits
- You will enthuse, develop and motivate your field sales team
- Take a lead role in winning larger contracts with blue chip clients
This company provides on-going training and development, so candidates from different career levels may possibly be considered, but experience in Facilities Management or service led sales is essential, and your application will not be of interest without it.
- You will be an experienced regional or area sales manager
- It is essential that you have experience in a service-led industry, managing Business Developers, or that you are looking to move into this kind of role
- You will have a strong leadership style, a wide knowledge of the facilities & hygiene industry and the ability to motivate a team to exceed sales targets
- Business to business sales will be second nature to you; you will have a history of building excellent rapport with persons from a wide range of backgrounds
- A positive attitude, the ability to think outside the box, and a high degree of personal and professional confidence are essential
