A Sales Executive is needed for this flourishing contract cleaning firm based within the M25. From a contract cleaning/facilities management background, this is a great chance to get involved at ground level with a reputable company in a sales executive role.


About the Client:
We are a small private company based in London. Forward-thinking and innovative, we are able to offer a relaxed working environment and a high degree of autonomy for our sales staff. There is plenty of opportunity for progression, and the right candidate will be able to negotiate an attractive salary and their choice of job title.


About the Role:
  • Selling a range of commercial cleaning services into SME’s & to government organisations
  • Spotting and developing new business opportunities across London, as well as building lasting professional relationships
  • Reporting at director level, you will be expected to exceed targets on a regular basis
  • Developing the territory from a non-revenue generating area up to a 4mill turnover is the 2 year plan
  • Spending 4 days out on the field and one day in our modern central London office


About the Candidate:

Although we are looking for a sales executive, there will be plenty of opportunity to progress your career. You can negotiate your own job title and territory. 

  • You must come from a contract cleaning background, with a strong track record of selling services
  • You will be dedicated to your career and willing to go above and beyond to meet targets
  • Able to prove success in selling using a consultative approach
  • A smart appearance and a high level of professional confidence will be required in this client facing role
  • The desire to progress your sales career in the field of facilities management is essential, as we only want hungry, ambitious individuals.
  • A wide knowledge of the cleaning industry and previous relationships with decision makers in the M25 is a real bonus
  • You will be straight-talking, self-starting and proven door-opener
