A leading building products manufacturer are launching a new facade product and are looking to recruit an experienced sales director to head up the team and drive sales.
Our client is an international manufacturer of building products with a presence in many worldwide locations. They have been established for many years and have a reputation for leading the way with product development. They are launching a new facade product aimed at the specifiers and specialist sub contractors.
- Heading up a new team to promote a new building facade product
- Driving sales through architects, specifiers and contractors
- Growing and developing an external sales team
- Aggressively building a new division
- Hands on man management of the sales team
- Sales and marketing of the new product
- Must have experience of the facade industry
- Proven man management experience
- Able to grow and develop an external sales team
- Prior experience in dealing with architects and specifiers
- Able to bring a team together to aggressively promote a new product
- P&L experience essential
- Market leader

- The backing of a sizeable construction group
