My client is looking for an experienced quantity surveyor who has preferably worked on stonework restoration or new build Stonework projects throughout the London and southeast area. Must have 3 – 5 years quantity surveying experience as a minimum.

My client is one of the leading specialist stonework contractors involved with both new build stonework and restoration projects. The areas of work range from new masonry, cladding and internal fit out to cleaning, hard landscaping and repairs.
About the Role:
Supervising stonework projects both new build and restoration
Reporting to the Site Manager
Responsible for overall Quality Assurance
Preparing method statements& risk assessments
Enthusiastic and ambitious approach required
Experience In new build stonework projects
About the Candidate:
You will have at least 3-5 experience in a quantity surveying role
Excellent communication skills
Experience in supervising Sub Contractors would be a bonus
Preferably located in the South East
