An opportunity has become available for a Quantity Surveyor to work for a reputable Curtain Walling sub contractor
About the Client:
Our client has been established for in excess of thirty years. They specialise in the Design, Manufacture & Installation of PVCu and Aluminium windows, doors and curtain walling systems. They are a national company and operate throughout the UK; they pride themselves on the level of repeat business they are given from their enviable client portfolio.
About the Role:
Manage all commercial aspects of contracts
Supervise and manage Assistant Quantity Surveyors
Ensure the terms of agreements/contracts/sub-contracts are in line with company policies
Develop and agree pre and post contract strategies
Maintenance, monitoring and control of costs and income
Monthly evaluation of contract budgets and expenditure
About the Candidate:
Must have a minimum of eight years experience in Quantity Suyrverying
Must have worked for either a Main Contractor or curtain walling sub contractor
A knowledge of curtain walling
Good interpersonal skills
Proactive and committed attitude at all times
