Excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with Project Management experience within the construction sector
Our client is a multi-disciplined contractor operating throughout London and the Home Counties of England. With a turnover of £15 million they specialise in new build and refurbishment jobs across the Commercial sector on a verity of projects from Health, Education Retail, Leisure etc. They are looking to bring in a Quantity Surveyor who can Project Manage and tender. A strong all rounder looking for a new and fresh opportunity.
•Primarily working as a QS but Project Management and Estimating experience required
•Working across the commercial and Interior construction markets
•Very good IT skills
•Commercial, negotiating and presentation skills required
•Projects worked within a 60 mile radius approx
•This is not a 9 – 5 role. You will be probably working 7.30 - 6
•5 years minimum relevant industry experience
•Prepared to work hard
•QS, project management and estimating experience
•37k – 42k basic + car or allowance
•Professionalism, Commitment and Enthusiasm
•Young growing company
•Strong order book
