A well-respected company within the Curtain Walling industry requires a Quantity Surveyor to join their successful organisation.
Our client has continued to show steady growth over the years and has become a market leader in supplying and fitting glass, architectural aluminium and PVCu. Established for over thirty years they are a recognised name in the Curtain Walling industry. They are well placed to pick up PFI and commonwealth projects over the next twelve months.
• Ensure the terms of agreements/contracts/sub-contracts are in line with company policies • Develop and agree pre and post contract strategies • Preparation and submission of documentation including invoicing, funding applications, shipping and Export Credits • Maintenance, monitoring and control of costs and income • Carry out final accounts on projects
• Must have spent a minimum of three years working for a Curtain Walling sub-contractor • Excellent interpersonal skills • Enthusiastic and committed attitude at all times • Strong numerical skills • Good communication skills
