Specialist Contractor seeks, proactive and ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their successful team.
Renowned for high quality work this company has built an unmatched name within in the masonry sector. Working on some of the most high profile projects within the Country, this company as secured a solid order book of both public and private sector business. They now seek a dedicated Quantity Surveyor, ideally with some Masonry experience , who shares their approach to business – technical excellence and first rate service to join their London Office.
• Assist in the management of all commercial aspects of contracts
• Ensure the terms of agreements/contracts/sub-contracts are in line with company policies
• Develop and agree pre and post contract strategies
• Assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor in the preparation and submission of documentation including invoicing, funding applications, shipping and Export Credits
• Maintenance, monitoring and control of costs and income
• Minimum 2 years Quantity Surveying Experience
• Minimum HND (or equivalent) in a Construction related discipline
• Proactive Dynamic approach to business
• Experience within the Masonry sector
• Strong Communication Skills
