Mayor player within the Concrete Repair Industry seeks experienced Projects Manager for the Surrey area.


About the Client:
Our client is a well established Concrete Repair subcontractor. The company has been running for over 30 years and has various offices spread across the UK. The company completes a range of multi million projects which have brought the company turnover to over £20million. Due to company expansion, our client is looking to source a site manager for the Surrey area. 


About the Role:
  • Reporting to the Director, Regional Manager and/or Senior Contracts Manager.
  • Being responsible for Site Manager, Site Engineer, Contracts Engineer, Site Operatives and Sub Contractors.
  • To assume day to day responsibility for a single large value contract.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with CDM, COSHH and any other relevant regulations or legislation.
  • Be able to prepare, produce and manage Health and Safety Plans.
  • Compiling Method Statements, Quality Plans, Risk Assessments and Contract Programmes.
  • Negotiating, engaging and monitoring sub-contractors.
  • Financial monitoring, budgeting and control of contract.
  • Ordering materials and plant.
  • To liase and motivate team.


About the Candidate:
  • It is imperative the candidate has a solid background and knowledge of the concrete repair industry.
  • Must have experience as either a project or contract manager.
  • Able to keep motivated as well as other team members.
  • Possesses strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Desire and determination to succeed and progress.
