Leading Concrete Repair Company looking to source experienced project manager for the South West.

Our client is a well established Concrete Repair subcontractor. The company has been running for over 30 years and has various offices spread across the UK. The company completes a range of multi million projects which have brought the company turnover to over £20million. Due to company expansion, our client is looking to source a project manager for the South West region. 

Reporting to the Regional Manager and the Senior Contracts Manager.

Management of site staff and operatives.

Compiling Method Statements, Quality Plans, Risk Assessments and Contract Programmes.

Working to standard conditions of contract including JCT, ICE and ECC.

the initial projects would be in Southampton, however the successful candidate must be prepared to move around the rest of the South West region.

It is imperative that the candidate has a solid background and knowledge in the Concrete Repair industry.

Must have a background as a Projects or Contracts Manager.

Possesses good communication skills.

Able to motivate themselves as well as others.
