Due to expansion our client is seeking a highly driven and enthusiastic Project Manager covering multiple projects covering the London area. Previous Project Managers experience is essential and must have experience within the Restoration or New Build Industry.
Our client is a leading multi-national specialist stone work contractor involved in new build and restoration of stone work that ranges from new masonry, façade systems, hard landscaping and repairs.
- Overseeing either one significant project or a number of smaller projects
- Working closely with the existing contracts managers
- Making sure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Will ensure that all levels of customer satisfaction are maintained at all times
- Have a good knowledge of the local market
- Oversee the running of the day to day activities
- Must have exceptional experience within the restoration or new build industry
- Previous project managers experience essential
- Have excellent man management skills
- Have a good knowledge of the local market
- Between 3 to 5 years site manager experience
- Ability to co-ordinate work accordingly
