Our client currently has fantastic growth in Commercial and Industrial maintenance and hard services sectors with a £300m turnover. They are now looking to acquire a Maintenance PROJECT Manager to run maintenance programmes from their Kings Lynn base. The company are currently looking for a Maintenance PM to help drive their thriving business to new heights and help the organisation achieve their growth targets for 2009 and in to the future.
About the Role:
Implementation and delivery of Major Ordered Works Projects
Stakeholder management across the entire project.
Total ownership for the delivery of all aspects of the allocated Project.
Ensure all Turner Facilities Management activities and those of its Supply Chain are carried out in a safe manner at all times.
Act as the local point of contact for the customer and ensure that any project deliverables are reviewed prior to delivery.
Resources and Reporting
Line Management of the Turner FM team allocated to the project and programme..
SC Resources to accommodate Project requirements.
Ensure deliverables are achieved within timescales and cost limitations.
Ensure appropriate Project Reporting on a regular basis.
About the Candidate:
Turner FM is looking for forward thinking individuals, who will work with team members to achieve corporate goals and targets.
The job holder should be able to demonstrate the key skills required for the position, an Incorporated Engineer of a professional body eg. MICE, MCIOB, MRICS etc, Technical HND or equivalent qualification OR a relevant qualification such as - HNC/HND,construction related is essential .
Substantial experience in a variety of building and civil engineering P.M., preferable in a partnering and collaborative environment.Knowledge and understanding of working on MOD estates, and their operational needs may be an advantage.Customer and delivery focus is an essential requirement for the position.
