Our client is a leading and well respected M&E Building Services Provider, operating nationally with a turnover of in excess of 350 million.

Ensure that all Contract Engineering functions are properly undertaken by Projects Engineers and professional standards are kept
Work within set financial budgets and financial targets for awarded contract, and report on the financial status of each contract at monthly intervals
Mechanically or Electrically qualified with a proven track record of delivering large value projects on time and under budget
Experience of Project Managing for top blue-chip clients
Experienced in the production, and planning of the timing and accuracy of reports, installation and procurement programmes for projects of values to £35 million
Experienced in managing the financial status of projects under their control
Proven to consistently deliver good financial returns on projects, taking into account all relevant factors
