Our client currently has fantastic growth in Commercial and Industrial maintenance and hard services sectors with a £300m turnover. They are now looking to acquire a Maintenance Co-ordinator to run maintenance programmes from their Kings Lynn base. The company are currently looking for a Maintenance Co-ordinator to help drive their thriving business to new heights and help the organisation achieve their growth targets for 2009 and in to the future.
About the Role:
To ensure that the Planned Maintenance for the Site is programmed and undertaken in such a way as to provide maximum effectiveness and efficiency, achieving Contractual KPI's.
Responsible for the continual development of the Planned Maintenance process to ensure that we are adopting best practice and achieving our goals of an effective and efficient service.
Responsible for developing the Site generic maintenance schedule into site-specific schedules.
Establish close working relationships with site staff and ensure that they are supported to achieve a fully programmed maintenance plan.
Responsible for ensuring that the sub-contractors site-specific programmes are co-ordinated for delivery.
Identify the maintenance schedule for each Asset within the site, to include the frequency and task description.
Interrogate the PCT system to ensure that all information held on assets, tasks and their frequencies is correct.
Where necessary support the sites with Specialist knowledge to assist them in complying with the guidelines.
Assist the Programmed Works Coordinator in the effective planning for delivery of the Programmed Works
Liaise with the Programmed Works Coordinator and other relevant TFM and Client staff.
Prepare programmes and plans for individual jobs.
Monitor progress of works against the programme.
About the Candidate:
The client are looking for forward thinking individuals, who will work with team members to achieve corporate goals and targets.
The job holder should be able to demonstrate the key skills required for the position and hold a relevant qualification such as - HNC/HND as a minimum in a construction related field. Customer and delivery focus is an essential requirement for the position; applicants ideally should have previous experience of working within MOD Environment.
