Excellent opportunity to grow your mechanical business within a M&E Contractor turning over 10 million.
Our client is currently turning over in excess of 10 million pounds in London. They are a successful M&E contractor; however, with a strong bias towards electrical. One of the directors in mechanically bias and is looking to develop this arm of the business to ensure that the quality and delivery of M&E packages is controlled by their company alone.
- Must have an depth mechanical background
- Will be expected to deliver between 250K to 500K of new business within first year (of which attractive bonuses are offered)
- Obtaining competitive quotations
- Experience of pre- and post-construction from bringing the client in to handover
- Involvement in internal and external meetings
- Strong team playing skills
- Experience in tendering on jobs of £5 to 500K mark
- Excellent contacts and the confidence to build business around this existing client base
- Experience within the Commercial Building Services sector
- Good in-depth knowledge of the mechanical building industry and surrounding industries
- Confident communicator across all levels of the business
- Career driven
- Computer literate
