Working as Operational support for a growing network of Franchisee owners, you will report directly to the National Brand Licensee. Providing operational support and ensuring the Franchisees are upholding expected standards of service, as well as working face to face with existing commercial clients across West London, this is a varied role for someone looking to further their career in Facilities Management.

About the Role:
Account management of 25 small business owner
Working with franchise owners to ensure standards are met and the brand is being correctly represented
Reporting directly to the Master Franchisee and performing service audits
Seeking out new marketing opportunities
Developing the business through client retention and taking the initiative
Advising on Health and Safety procedure
Becoming the main point of contact between Franchise owners and the Master Franchisee
About the Candidate:
You will come from a Facilities Management background
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical knowledge of the contract cleaning industry
Contacts and relationships within Commercial cleaning and SME’s within London is preferred
The ability to demonstrate a history of taking the initiative
Will be a successful relationship builder with a high degree of professional confidence
Operational experience is essential
You will be the type of person who can motivate others
