I currently represent a strong client of mine who are one of the fastest growing independent Heating and Ventilation distributors in the UK.

As a distributor they are recognized as representing the highest quality manufacturers within the ventilation world, and are always first on customers lips when looking for a consultative solution.

We are working hand in hand with the sales director to uncover an individual to take over the reigns as an area sales manager, looking after their Mechanical Contractor clients.


About the Client:

As a distributor they are recognized as representing the highest quality manufacturers within the ventilation world, and are always first on customers lips when looking for a consultative solution.

 

We are working hand in hand with the sales director to uncover an individual to take over the reigns as an area sales manager, looking after their Mechanical Contractor clients.

 

They view any employee as an investment, and on that basis are looking for an individual who hits certain criteria.

 

They are looking for someone who has the experience of working closely with Consultants or Contractors – and as they are not tied in with just one product they need someone who has good experience in representing different manufacturers, and can provide a solution focused sale, rather than box shifting.

 

This person is someone who has a high level of building rapport – They have built their success on Client retention, and this is how they pride themselves on progressing in the future. Someone who thrives on dealing with important – high level individuals and is ready to work under their own autonomy for one of the biggest players in the HVAC Industry today.

Combine this with training, a career mapped from day one (if applicable) – and a package that knocks competitors out the water


About the Role:
  • Promoting their range of Ventilation and Fan Equipment
  • This role is highly pro-active and focussed at spending time developing client relationships
  • Selling into Consultants, Contractors and Local Authorities
  • Covering North West as an area
  • Reaching agreed sales targets
  • Mixture of Key Account Management and New Business


About the Candidate:
  • Business hungry - thrives on earning high levels of commission
  • Able to build strong levels of client rapport
  • Strong negotiator at Board Level
  • Pro-active attitude
  • Organised and can work under their own autonomy
