About the Client:

The client, who are one of the fastest expanding independent FM providers in Britain, have blue chip clients such as the government and a wealth of other Domestic, Retail and Commercial sector clients. Our clients success is based on the quality and efficiency of their work. Due to continued success they are now looking for maintenance engineers throughout the UK having recently secured a national contract with a major retail organisation.
About the Role:
It is a site based Pre Planned Maintenance and reactive repairs role
It involves working within the Retail Sector on multiple sites
Testing and Fault finding are key parts of the role
The role involves maintenance on gas filters, electrical applicactions, Air Conditioning, tiling and general fabric functions
Each day will provide a different challenge
About the Candidate:
They must be based any-where within England and Scotland as the client have won a national contract
They will be expected to attend, assess, diagnose and repair faults
Must have a recognised electrical qualification
Must have PPM Air Conditioning, electrical and Fabric experience
Fault finding is a vital part of this role, the candidate will be expected to demonstrate
